Perfect Gifts is the online giftware website for Bromsgrove and Redditch Trophies Ltd and is part of the BRT Group. Established in 1980, the Company has developed all aspects of the business which has resulted in us supplying to customers all over the UK.

As members of the Gift Association, the Company is increasing its gift range and the website currently features approximately 300 products, with many more additions coming online in the near future.



Terms and Conditions

Ordering Gifts

We have endeavoured to make ordering the gift or award you require as simplistic as possible. However, when items require engraving and you would prefer to talk to a member of our staff in more depth, please do not hesitate to call us and we will help and advise you in order to make your purchase more personal.

VAT

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We offer first class recorded delivery for our smaller items that will fit into a jiffy bag and are not breakable. Due to the nature of the products we sell being fragile, for larger items or multiple item orders we will send the order via carrier. This means we can track the order and ensure they arrive perfect to our customer. For orders over £100.00 (excluding engraving charges), we will send the order free of charge. All services require a signature and we will email you the day your order is despatched so the next day you can arrange for someone to be available to sign for the parcel.

Please remember to state when ordering the latest you need to receive your order by.

Please note that to receive our next day and before 12pm delivery service, orders must be placed before 12pm the previous day and despatch is subject to availability of stock. We will advise if any product is out of stock. We can offer a Saturday delivery service at extra cost. Customers would need to contact us for details prior to ordering. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

* Guarantee

We guarantee that for any reason you are unhappy with any gift purchased from us, please return within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the cost.

Unfortunately, items that have been engraved are not returnable unless the error is with ourselves. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy

All our customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share customer details with other companies, which means you will not receive unwanted mail from other sources as a result of purchasing through our Company. We do however from time to time mail shot our customers to inform them of any special offers; if you do not wish to receive this information please do let us know.

Gifts Containing Alcohol

You must be over the age of age of 18 to buy or receive a gift containing alcohol. We reserve the right to decline orders for gifts containing alcohol if we have reason to suspect that the sender or recipient is under 18.
